We believe in accessible, affordable, and holistic mental health care for all. We welcome both insurance and self-pay. At Awakenly, the cost per session may vary depending on the therapist you work with and their level of experience. We’re committed to helping you find a therapist whose rates fit within your budget. We accept payment via credit + debit cards, HSAs, and FSAs.

50-Minute Session………………………………$120-220

  • Most common for individual + couples therapy

80-Minute Session………………………………$140-300

  • Most common for couples therapy

Custom Intensive……………………….starting at $500

  • We create a custom individual or couples intensive tailored to your needs. Increased frequency and/or duration of sessions

We are credentialed with most major insurances across Pennsylvania, so it is very likely that we will be In Network with your insurance provider. If you’re looking for insurance covered therapy in Pennsylvania we are likely a fit. This means that your insurance will cover a sizable amount, or all, of the cost of your sessions. We have a dedicated insurance verification and billing team that can provide you with the specifics about your specific plan, so you have an idea about how much you will be responsible for each session.

How insurance works

What happens if you’re Out of Network?

So, what’s the deal with being out-of-network? Being Out of Network might mean that your insurance will not cover your sessions, however some insurances will cover a part of the cost of the sessions you have with Out of Network providers.

And guess what? With our we-do-it-for-you model, navigating this process is as easy as this:

  1. You take care of the session fee upfront.

    1. We provide you with a detailed superbill – think of it as a very professional receipt.

    2. Together, we guide you in submitting the superbill to your insurance company.

    3. Once your insurance company processes the superbill, you’ll get reimbursed. In our experience, clients often see reimbursements ranging from 50-90% once their deductible is met. Sounds great, right?
