Allison Norman-Founder, LCSW, Psychotherapist
Allison Norman is a licensed clinical psychotherapist. She founded the Awakenly Practice after nearly a decade of experience providing outpatient mental health treatment in clinics based in both New York City and Phoenix, Arizona.
A native of Costa Rica, Allison is a bilingual provider that utilizes a multicultural lens in her therapeutic interventions. Trained in psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches, Allison has recently begun incorporating somatic work into sessions alongside an established practice of mindfulness based interventions.
Her specialities include trauma, working with members of the LGBTQ population, addiction treatment and recovery.

Sophie Pauline- LMSW, Psychotherapist
Sophie Pauline, LMSW is a psychotherapist who applies a holistic and trauma-informed perspective to her therapeutic work.
She provides anti-oppressive and affirmative care by creating a safe space that allows for authentic self-expression, centering cultural humility in her approach, and prioritizing service provision to individuals of LQBTQ+, BIPOC, and female bodied communities.
Her specialties include providing trauma-responsive care to individuals by integrating elements of psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies. Additionally, she is trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and has extensive experience providing dyadic therapy to children and their caregivers.
Sophie strives to create an open, accepting, and grounding therapeutic space where clients can heal by examining the impact their internal and external worlds have on their wellbeing, uncovering their needs while developing skills to tolerate stressors, and ultimately learning to affirm and embrace themselves fully.

Andie Dabideen- LMSW, Psychotherapist
Andie Dabideen, LMSW received her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. Her therapeutic style is goal-oriented, client-centered, and prioritizes collaboratively constructing a set of goals to bring intentionality to sessions.
She has worked with a variety of clients, including LQBTQ+, BIPOC as well as older adults, while using a rich mix of modalities to meet the individual needs of each client.
She has worked with folks covering a range of issues including those related to mood disorders, anxiety disorders (GAD, PTSD, OCD), experiences of trauma, LGBTI, TGNC, sex work, and exploration of sexual orientation and identity.
Her previous roles in varied settings within the mental health field and hospitality industry has provided a unique perspective that informs her current practice with individuals. Andie believes in a person-centered approach; meeting clients where they are and helping identify areas they would like to explore.
Using a person-centered approach allows her to use a blend of modalities tailored to the individual’s goal and growth. She practices a relational and psychodynamic approach to care, tailoring treatment to everyone’s unique needs and goals through the integration of evidence-based practices including somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
She strives to bring warmth, empathy, and patience to her work, and encourages clients to identify and leverage their unique strengths and capabilities.

Liz Conner- Chief Operating Officer
Liz Conner the Chief Operating Officer at Awakenly Therapy. With a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for mental health, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice.
She focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality of care for clients.
She is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work environment for the clinical team, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional therapeutic services.
